Refund policy

If your order arrives and it is not right, we will fix it, NO NONSENSE, we promise.

You can return or exchange any new, unused and unaltered item in original packaging within 30 days of delivery of your item. For returns we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus the shipping cost (please note this may take 3-5 days depending on payment method). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of items (unless the mistake was the fault of OneX USA). As a courtesy and to help with a no nonsense exchange OneX USA covers the cost of shipping for the exchanges item(s).

To process a return or exchange please contact us and we will work together to complete the process. All returns must have a note with the order number. All exchanges must have a note with the order number and what to exchange with.

Custom race suits and gloves are built to customer specifications and cannot be returned. We will of course make every effort to help fix any issues that arise.
