OneX USA always ships FAST!

Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction. We understand that when you make an order you want your gear as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.

In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.  We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders will be shipped USPS, however we do utilize UPS, FedEx, and DHL.


Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).


If you change your mind, act quickly! We process orders and ship fast and we cannot cancel orders once they have shipped.


We are happy to ship internationally but we do ask that you contact us before placing an order so we can verify shipping rates and transit time. Customers are responsible for any import fees for taxes.


If your order arrives and it is not right, we will fix it, NO NONSENSE, we promise.

You can return or exchange any new, unused and unaltered item in original packaging within 30 days of delivery of your item. For returns we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (please note this may take 3-5 days depending on payment method). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of items (unless the mistake was the fault of OneX USA). As a courtesy and to help with a no nonsense exchange OneX USA covers the cost of shipping for the exchanges item(s).

To process a return or exchange please contact us and we will work together to complete the process. All returns must have a note with the order number. All exchanges must have a note with the order number and what to exchange with.

* Custom race suits and gloves are built to customer specifications and cannot be returned. We will of course make every effort to help fix any issues that arise.
